Two levels face the river: a steaming cedar tub, a glowing barrel sauna, and a fire table with the water below. In winter the contrast between the sauna and the night air is the whole reason to come. In summer the dock and two tandem kayaks put you on the river in five minutes.
Floor-to-ceiling glass, warm wood, and open living built for a full house. A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso, French press, and pour-over. A wood stove for the cold months. Fast Wi-Fi and a proper desk in the loft if the trip has to be a working one.
A vintage arcade with thirty thousand games, a pool table, foosball, and two TVs with Roku in guest mode. The floor the kids take over, or the one you retreat to after the fire burns down.

The Ravines sits on a quiet rural road along the Rock River, ten minutes from downtown Beloit's restaurants and shops. Kayaking, fishing, and trails start at the property. Come by car; parking is free and there's an EV charger on site.
Check-in 3:00 PM. Check-out 10:00 AM. Late checkout when the next night is open, just ask.
The guest of record must be 25 or older and present for the stay. No pets and no smoking, to keep the house fresh and allergy-friendly. No parties or events; gatherings stay within your reserved party, and day visitors aren't permitted. Maximum 12 guests. A short rental agreement covering these rules is signed at booking.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in every bath, one set of bath towels per guest, Nespresso pods, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and grill tools. Bring groceries, spices, and coffee if you want the French press or pour-over.
A doorbell camera and a parking-area camera monitor exterior spaces only.
Three locked storage closets and the old shed by the river. Everything else is yours.
A $750 refundable security deposit applies to every stay. It is a hold placed a couple of days before check-in through your guest portal and released automatically two days after checkout. Guests are also covered by identity verification and damage protection at booking, so the whole thing is invisible unless something breaks.
Optional trip protection is available for every stay, covering cancellation, interruption, illness, and travel delays, with a cancel-for-any-reason upgrade. After you book, the option appears in your guest portal and can be added any time up to 24 hours before check-in.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in, with a full refund. Between 30 and 7 days before check-in, 50% refund. Inside 7 days the stay is non-refundable, though if we re-book your nights we'll refund what we recover, and trip insurance (above) can cover the rest. You also get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, whenever you book. To cancel or change dates, use the link in your confirmation email or email hello@outlandiastays.com.
